Today I received a call from Lisa at FirstKey, and I wasn’t able to take the call. She had been by the house that we had rented in Germantown. (We moved to Texas three weeks ago.) She noticed that there was mail and a package in our mailbox. She called my work number and one of my coworkers told her to bring the mail to her and she would make sure it got to us. Lisa was so thoughtful to try and get the mail to us. Even though we are no longer tenants, she still gave the best service! Just another reason to give this company a great rating.
